What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as bank transfer and online payment via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Credit/Debit Card. Choose whichever option is most convenient for you at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available nationwide. You only pay when your order arrives at your doorstep. For high-value or bulk orders, we may request a small advance payment to confirm the order.
Why is an advance payment required on some orders?
For select high-value items, pre-orders, or repeated unconfirmed COD attempts, we may ask for a small advance (usually 20–30%) to secure your order and reduce return/refusal losses. This amount is adjusted against your final bill.
What is your Return, Refund & Exchange Policy?
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments and intimate wear are only eligible for exchange in case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item received — not for change of mind. Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
How do I exchange a product for a different size or color?
Simply message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number and the issue. Our team will guide you through the exchange process — pickup/drop-off details and size availability will be confirmed before dispatch.
Do you offer discounts or sale prices?

Can I send this as a gift? How does gifting work?
Absolutely — many of our customers order for loved ones. Simply mention “Gift Order” in your order notes or message us directly, and we can arrange discreet, plain packaging with no price tags or invoice visible inside (a gift note can also be added on request).
